Aimed at professionals in Early Childhood, Primary, Secondary Education, Educators, Artists, Researchers and anyone interested in Education as an instrument of personal and social growth and transformation.
Fundació Sa Llavor, a non-profit entity that promotes education for ecological, artistic and social development.
It belongs to the Census of collaborating entities of the Conselleria d’Educación, Cultura i Universitats de les Illes Balears and has been carrying out programs in Holistic Pedagogy approved as Permanent Teacher Training since 2012.
The Sa Llavor School, which belongs to the Foundation, is the first independent and autonomous center of Holistic Pedagogy in Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary Education approved by the Conselleria d’Educació, Cultura i Universitats de les Illes Balears.

Objectives:
Promote the development of educational learning communities through art.
Develop the social issue through collective actions.
Promote social exchange and strengthen links in the educational community through artistic processes.
Experience the various artistic languages and their application in educational practice as instruments of individual and social development in the educational community.
Activate the creative abilities, intuition, imagination and inspiration of the participants.
Contents:
Interconnection of the personal, school and family system in the educational community. The invisible links.
Art as a promoter of the social issue in the educational community.
Educational learning communities. The creation of the network of interdependent organisms through artistic and collective processes.
The different artistic disciplines as instruments to develop learning capacities and nurture social ties in the educational community: Construction, modeling, painting, music, movement, word art, school theater.

Training methodology:
The contents of the course are developed in a participatory way with presentations, methodological and didactic practices and artistic workshops.
Working groups are formed to debate and develop the contents of the program in a practical way, encouraging reflection on educational practice.
Educational dynamics and experiences are created that facilitate coexistence and enhance the qualities of each participant.
Transfer activities and applicability:
Through integrating artistic processes into the dynamics of the center, the educational community will develop healthy bonds to favor coexistence in the educational center and improve the classroom climate.
Through the application of personal development and emotional management tools in the development of artistic processes, the educational community will be able to promote coexistence in the educational center and improve the classroom climate.
Through integrating the different artistic disciplines and the processes of collective creation as a social-educational activity and in the school dynamics, it will be possible to promote participation and listening that favor the inclusion of all members of the educational community.
Activity evaluation plan:
100% attendance at the course is required to validate the training.
Active participation and involvement in training proposals is valued.
Positive evaluation of a design project, implementation and presentation of artistic educational experiences developed with a holistic approach in the educational centers of the participants.
Positive evaluation of a report on professional learning and personal development during the training process that will be delivered once the course has ended.
Positive evaluation of a didactic application describing the transfer and applicability activities that, based on the training process, can be developed in schools and class groups.
Selection criteria:
The selection of participants will be carried out through a registration form during the month of September and October 2023.
Trainers:
Sa Llavor pedagogical team. Pioneer in Holistic Pedagogy. Has been researching the qualities and needs of human beings in their comprehensive development process for more than 16 years, promoting the creation of learning communities for the benefit of the whole community through art, connection with nature and service to others.
Cost:
The total cost of the program is €755 and is carried out on a non-profit basis in order to exclusively cover the costs generated by the program. Includes materials and snacks.
Payment for the program is made through registration with a cost of €260 and 3 installments of €165 between the 1st and 5th of each month:
